This is better than the real thing, below is a minimum resources list, it has one serious omission and that is at least one large fan to cool you down preferably two. The software automatically adjusts the resistance according to the slope and the rider’s speed and weight, measuring heart rate, power, speed, elevation, cadence, distance and time.

Magnetic resistance
The resistance unit comes with an oversize 45mm Elastogel roller (common rollers are 30mm) which increases the grip between roller and tire to realistically simulate real-road riding, and by deceasing the RPM’s by about 30%, it also decreases the noise level of already a quiet trainer, reduces tire wear and increases the life of the trainer.
