Transaction Security
Firstly all transactions processed use the Secure Socket Layer 128 bit key encryption technology, meaning that the only person to see your details is the internet sales manager, Adrian Curnow.

Whenever a transaction is made on a credit card, we retain a permanent record of the card number and the expiry date as a requirement by the banks in case of disputed charges. In the case of our internet system only one person ever sees that information so in fact, it is more secure than shopping in a normal retail store.

Pricing
The cost of running an On-Line store is far, far less than that of a conventional business and as a result, the prices we can offer on the web are significantly less than we can offer in any of our physical stores. Prices on the web are not available in the Bay St., Chapel St. or Church St. stores.

Warranties
All our bikes come with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a one year warranty on the parts. If the bike can be brought to any of our stores all warranty work will be done on the premises and almost without exception, done within 2 business days.

We also offer a money back guarantee;

"If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the bike undamaged within 14 days of purchase and we will replace it, exchange it or refund your money at your discretion."

Many of our customers are from interstate or in Victorian country areas and so it is not convenient to return the bike to us. We can arrange for warranty work to be done by any authorised dealer throughout Australia.

Servicing
We offer one free service on all adult bikes. Servicing can usually be completed within 24hrs with the exception of Sunday. This servicing requires the bike be brought to one of our physical stores. We do not have any arrangements with any other stores to do servicing at this point in time.

The money saved by buying off the web in most cases would be far greater than any servicing costs there would be in the first year.
