WORKSHOP MANAGER

Tfm has an exciting opportunity for a motivated team member

The Freedom Machine is an extremely busy and ever expanding bicycle retailer that handles servicing and repairs of all bikes, sales of mountain and road bikes while also specialising in high end bike sales and customisations.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team in the role as WORKSHOP MANAGER for one of our excellent Melbourne Metro stores
The role for a Workshop Manager would involve managing and handling the extensive workload of assessing and repairing all types of bicycles as well as building bikes in a well fitted out workshop along side our existing mechanics. You would also need to be able to manage the day to day operation of the workshop in terms of staff and inventory.
There is the opportunity for training and development in which you can progress futher in your career with TFM
You should have experience in the cycling industry with qualifications an advantage, be enthusiastic about working with bikes and our large customer base.
