1. Payment may be made by Cash, Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS, Diners and American Express
Diners and American Express attracts a 2% surcharge
2. Lay-bys are for a maximum of 7 days or products return to original price.
3. Products cannot be reserved prior to sale. First in best dressed principle applies
4. Sale applies only to existing stock
5. Sale applies only to the period of the Sale - May 30 to June 7. 2009
6. Purchases may be made by phone during the sale using credit card
number. Photo ID required on pick up.
7. Discounts are based on the recommended retail price, there maybe
specific items available that have a discount in excess of 25% and
hence no further discount applies.
8. No trade-Ins accepted.
9. 25% off applies to Port Melbourne, Prahran and Brighton stores.
It does NOT apply to our website.
10. No negotiation will be entered into.
11. No refunds will be issued on items purchased during the sale
except where the product is defective or where it is required by law.
12. The 25%off discount does not apply to labour charges.
13. Sale price cannot be claimed on any pre-existing Lay-by or deposit.
14. Offer is unique and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or special.
