RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Damaged Goods on Delivery


It is the customer's responsibility to check the packaging when items have been delivered and not to "sign off" if the packaging is damaged in any way.
NOTE: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to the freight company.


As long as the product is returned undamaged then the following applies:


"If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the bike undamaged within 14 days of purchase and we will replace it, exchange it or refund your money at your discretion."

All refunds will be processed on the card used for the original transaction.
