GENERAL SERVICE
- $79.95, est. time 50 minutes
- Check front and rear wheel for loose cones and adjust if necessary
- On serviceable bottom brackets check for any lateral movement, adjust if necessary
- Check chain ring studs for tightness
- Check head fittings and adjust as necessary
- True wheels to an acceptable tolerance in bike if possible, if not, true wheels in jig at extra cost
- Lubricate chain
- Lubricate gear cables and adjust gears
- Lubricate brake cables and adjust brakes for slack, making sure released brake is wide enough to remove wheel
- Check wear on brake pads and adjust toe-in if required
- Check all nuts and bolts for correct torque
- Check tyre inflation
- Check for rattles
- Inspect bike for any irregularities such as cracks, dints or breakages
- Test ride and readjust gears and brakes as necessary
- Highlight any areas that may need attention in the immediate or near future
PREMIUM SERVICE
- $149.95, est. time 1.5 hours
- Remove front and rear wheel and adjust cones out of the bike
- Remove cranks and clean
- Remove, clean and re-fit bottom bracket cups/bearings and cranks
- Check chain ring studs for tightness
- Check head fittings and adjust as necessary
- Clean chain and cassette / cluster and lubricate
- Clean bike
- Lubricate gear cables and adjust gears
- Lubricate brake cables and adjust brakes for slack
- Check tyre/pad clearance for wheel removal
- Check wear on brake pads and adjust toe-in if required
- Check all nuts and bolts for correct torque
- Check tyre inflation
- Check for rattles
- Inspect bike for any irregularities such as cracks, dints or breakages
- Test ride and readjust gears and brakes as necessary
- Highlight any areas that may need attention in the immediate or near future
PRO SERVICE
- $249.95, est. time 2.5 hours
- Remove front wheel, rebuild front hub, and then true wheel in jig
- Remove rear wheel, remove cassette or cluster and check for wear
- Rebuild rear hub and true in jig and re-dish wheel
- Remove cranks and rebuild bottom bracket assembly
- Rebuild head fittings
- Clean frame, chain, cassette, chainwheels and derailleurs
- Refit cranks checking chain ring studs for tightness
- Refit both wheels adjust and service gears and replace any cables showing signs of rust or excessive wear
- Adjust and service front and rear brakes replacing any cables and/or brake pads showing signs of excessive wear
- Check all nuts and bolts for correct torque
- Check tyre inflation
- Check for rattles
- Inspect bike for any irregularities such as cracks, dints or breakages
- Test ride and readjust gears and brakes as necessary
- Highlight any areas that may need attention in the immediate or near future
